Let the Sunnah Go Forth and Don't Stop It!!!
Suratun Nisaa Ayat 34:
Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allâh has made
one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them)
from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient
(to Allâh and to their husbands), and guard in the husband's absence
what Allâh orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity, their husband's
property, etc.). As to those women on whose part you see illconduct,
admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last)
beat them (lightly, if it is useful), but if they return to obedience,
seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allâh is Ever Most
High, Most Great
Suratun Nisaa:
O people! be careful of (your duty to) your Lord, Who created you from a
single being and created its mate of the same (kind) and spread from
these two, many men and women; and be careful of (your duty to) Allah,
by Whom you demand one of another (your rights), and (to) the ties of
relationship; surely Allah ever watches over you.
Suratun Nisaa:
O you who believe! it is not lawful for you that you should take women
as heritage against (their) will, and do not straiten them in order that
you may take part of what you have given them, unless they are guilty of
manifest indecency, and treat them kindly; then if you hate them, it may
be that you dislike a thing while Allah has placed abundant good in it.
